Refund policy
Products can only be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in new unused condition.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
Please note, your store credit will be less any shipping costs even if you received "free shipping". Items must be returned back to My Current Obsessions Company LLC at your own expense. We are a small business and we thank you for your understanding.
If an address is incorrectly entered at checkout by the customer, My Current Obsessions Company LLC is not responsible for resending the order. If the package is returned to My Current Obsessions Company LLC by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we will contact the customer for an updated address to reship.
My Current Obsessions Company LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for damage incurred during shipping.
We are truly are sorry if it doesn't reach you and hope the carrier can help get resolution. Please file a claim in accordance with the delivery carriers website.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. There is an exception based on the use of third party insurance. If that is the case My Current Obsessions Company LLC will file the claim. Store credits will be issued (if necessary) after final claims are settled.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned
- Spa and Wellness items cannot be returned
- Consumables cannot be returned
- Seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Custom orders are final and cannot be returned
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear
